Intentional Offerings With

Licensed Massage Therapist, Licensed Spiritual Healer, Certified Raindrop Technique Specialist, Initiated Bhakti Yoga Practitioner, and Certified Shamanic Wind Worker.  

My offering to you is sacred space to do your work with me as an assistant and sometimes a guide when requested. I am humbled by the opportunity to come along with you on your journey of self-work, however it looks as it unfolds throughout our time together. 

The intention for your session may be for relaxation. You may have some bodily discomforts, you may want to work on your mind & body connection, or maybe you have no agenda at all and just want to see where the session goes. 

No matter what your needs are, I will be in neutral, waiting for you to show me which direction we will go with each visit. You lead the way. I will follow, listen and sometimes make suggestions when they are welcomed. It is an honor to have an opportunity to listen in to the unique body rhythms and frequencies of each person's body and the story that comes along. No two are the same. 

What can you expect a session to look like?  Unless otherwise requested, I begin each session with craniosacral listening and techniques as the basis of my work. Any additional modalities may naturally find their way in the session as requested by the client or lightly suggested by the therapist.
